Guest Follow-Up

At FPC, every guest matters, and we’re here to make sure they feel it! Our mission is simple: connect, encourage, and guide visitors as they find their place in the church family. Whether it’s helping them get plugged into a Bible study, mentorship, or just being a friendly face to talk to, we’re here to bridge the gap and make coming back to church an easy and exciting experience!

Personally connect with visitors to make them feel welcome.
Encourage and support them in their faith journey.
Stay in touch and help them take the next step—whether that’s a Bible study, joining a group, or finding community.

✅ Assignments are sent out weekly (typically Wednesdays or Thursdays).
✅ Check the People App & your email to see your assigned guest.
✅ Touch base with them at least once a week—a simple text, call, or meet-up can make all the difference!
✅ Log interactions so we can track their journey and ensure they’re getting connected.

We keep it manageable—no more than 2 guests at a time!
The entire NET team meets once a month to share updates, wins, and encouragement!

Week 1: Reach out, say hello, and let them know we’re here for them!
☕ Week 2: Check in again, and if they’re open to it—meet up for coffee, lunch, or invite them to an event!
Week 3: See where their heart is—are they interested in a Bible study? A small group? Let’s help them get there!
✨ Week 4: Time to connect them with the next step—Bible study, mentorship, or Abundant Life Class. If they need more time, we keep just loving on them!

Because YOU have the power to make someone feel seen, loved, and part of something bigger. YOU can be the reason someone finds their home at FPC.
