Hostess: Creating a Warm and Welcoming Experience

As a Hostess, you are the first friendly face that guests and members see when they arrive. Your role is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere by greeting everyone with a smile and making them feel at home.

What We Do:
✨ Welcome Every Guest – Greet visitors, returning guests, and members with kindness and hospitality.
✨ Gather Guest Information – Collect basic details from first-time visitors (name, contact info, how they found us, and any connections they have within the church) to help us stay in touch and build meaningful relationships.
✨ Make it Personal – Strive to remember names so when guests return, we can greet them personally, making them feel valued and connected.
✨ Be a Resource – Assist guests by answering questions about church facilities, including restrooms, nursery, Sunday school, and the first-time guest gift table on Sunday mornings.

Our goal is to ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels seen, loved, and part of our church family. Whether it’s their first visit or they’ve been coming for years, we want them to feel at home from the moment they arrive!
